Policy
Although our normal business hours are Monday-Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm, evenings and weekends can sometimes be accommodated by request.
We generally work in teams of two, but sometimes we will do one person or a team of three. We will let you know what to expect on a case-by-case basis! Move-in's, move-outs, vacancies, first time and one time cleans are based on our hourly rate. Those on a regular service schedule will be quoted a monthly rate based on level of service, size of home, and service frequency.
We work throughout the Portland metro area, but primarily focus on the West Side, namely NW Portland, Beaverton, Hillsboro, Tigard, Tualatin, Banks, and North Plains.
